Should have gone on a walk today .... but I didn't!
BUT I only napped for about 10 minutes so it was a good day!!

5/24/10 -- the beginning of a TRUE couch to 5k ... I've been a bum, and now it's time to get healthy! 4/23/11 -- I completed a 10k! Now I'm working towards a quarter marathon, 15k, and then a half marathon!!
