So, I didn't do anything today, but MOM RAN HER 5K!!!! She did it in 44 minutes and 13 seconds ..... so that's the time to beat!!! HAHAHAHA Sorry mom!
Tomorrow I'm helping at the triathlon at Skiatook Lake! Gotta be THERE at 7:45 AM .... so I should be heading to bed now .... I'm not too far from that!

- I'm a runner! I started a couch to 5k program with Fleet Feet in Tulsa. My mom started about a month before that and was doing well, so I thought if she can do it, I can to! In 2010, I completed several 5ks. On November 21, 2010, I ran an entire 5k! In 2011, I will train for a 10k. I plan to complete two 10ks and train for a half marathon. I plan to run the Disney World Half Marathon on January 7, 2012!
