No training today ...... but more sun!!
Mom won a chance to win a 2010 mustang through Star 103.3 ..... it was OUTSIDE!!!! AT NOON!!!! SUPER HOT!!!!
Saw my friend Grumpy there, too ..... neither of them won. So sad!!
Still no pop .... but I have decided that a root beer flurry (blended float) is okay!!

- I'm a runner! I started a couch to 5k program with Fleet Feet in Tulsa. My mom started about a month before that and was doing well, so I thought if she can do it, I can to! In 2010, I completed several 5ks. On November 21, 2010, I ran an entire 5k! In 2011, I will train for a 10k. I plan to complete two 10ks and train for a half marathon. I plan to run the Disney World Half Marathon on January 7, 2012!
