Today was running with my group day .... intervals run 2 minutes, walk 3, 7 times ...
I RAN ALL 7 TIMES FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF THE 2 MINUTES EACH TIME!!! Super proud of myself!!! Felt good afterwards, too!!
Napped on the couch after dinner and now I have a headache ...... oh well. I'll drink some water and head to bed!
