Day 63, Tuesday, rest day.
Day 64, Wednesday, it was awful hot today. There wasn't much air flowing. It was miserable. I ran a lot of it, but I walked during some of the run time ..... One of these days I'll get used to running in this heat! Then it'll be fall! HAHAHA
